Membership Management

NACAR utilizes Wild Apricot Membership Software to manage community, individual and supporting members with NACAR thanks to The Father's Table grant NACAR received in 2018. This web-based software enables our NACAR members to renew their membership more easily and add, change or archive their listed members’ information. For the community membership, this role falls primarily upon the Primary Contacts. You can find a Guide for Primary Contacts here.

Membership Renewals

Renewal reminders are emailed to the Primary Contacts  and individuals 60 days before the membership renewal date of July 15 each year. The renewal reminder will include a link you can click to log into your Wild Apricot account or you can click on your profile name at the top of any page after you have logged in.

Wild Apricot includes many online self-service features for members, including the ability for members to renew their membership, change their membership level, and pay membership dues online.

To renew or upgrade your membership, click on your profile link to go to your profile page. Then, click on the "Renew to … " button. You will the be given the opportunity to review and update membership details.
